The Sauer Structural Biology Laboratory offers training, assisted and unassisted use of our microscopes and equipment, as well as consultations and collaborations.
Techniques we support include:
- Single-particle cryo-EM
- Cryo-ET
- Micro-ED
- Simple characterization of samples in vitrified aqueous mixtures (e.g. nanoparticle size, etc.)
Other TEM/diffraction techniques may be supported upon request. Contact us for special requests, or if you have an experiment that does not fit neatly in the above categories.
